Transitions in Life

The challenge I found working with leaders, they have a hard time seeing themselves where they are because they keep seeing themselves where they used to be. Now, we want to appreciate where we have been, we want to be grateful for where we have come from, but if you keep seeing yourself where you used to be you will not see yourself as to where you are today. Do you know where you are today?

The Power of Evaluation

It is a tremendous thing for us to be able to take time and evaluate who we are, where we are, the organizations we lead. You need to evaluate it. God at the end of each day evaluated the day, He looked at what He had done that day and He said “It is good.” When was the last time that you paused at the end of the day, the end of the week, the end of a project and said let me evaluate this to see how good of a job I have done. Have you evaluated lately?
